The Last HURRAH, in his last U12 competition Amir Faiz Amirul confounded the field and against all odds qualified for the finals of the Malaysian Fencing Federation(MFF) U12 Sabre event held in Wisma OCM, F.T.Kuala Lumpur.

Finally, after numerous attempts CM Amir Faiz Amirul managed to qualify for his FIRST National Fencing finals competition organised by the Malaysian Fencing Federation (MFF) at Wisma OCM, Kuala Lumpur. We (Coach Zul and I) were not expecting much in Faiz's last competition in the U12 category especially since against my advice,  he decided to focus and compete only in the Sabre event instead of his 'perceived' stronger foil event where he regularly qualifies for the 1/16 or, Quarter-Final stages for the last 2-3 years.

Lo and behold, to everyone's surprise (including Coach Zul and I) he managed to qualify for the finals despite finishing 4th in his pool. Along the way he disposed 3 Sabreurs ranked higher than him(seeded 10th) including the 2nd seed from IFCM (others were the 6th & 7th ranked)

1. 7M Sports Global will be introducing the "KEJOHANAN CATUR MSSM PUTRAJAYA 2019" silver coin in conjunction with the National Schools Sports Council Chess Competition 2019  or, better known as Kejohanan Catur MSSM 2019 which will be held 3 - 7 August 2019.

2.  Details of the MSSM 2019 silver coin are as follows:-

Name:      KEJOHANAN CATUR MSSM PUTRAJAYA 2019, Silver Coin.

Mintage:  100 pieces

Price:       RM50 /coin.

3.  The MSSM PUTRAJAYA 2019 silver coin will be 7M's 3rd Coin issuance after 2 editions in 2018 for the Malaysian Chess Federation(MCF) and Kuala Lumpur Chess Association(KLCA).
